KATE O. VIDOVICH

Kate O. Vidovich is an attorney located in Columbus, Ohio practicing in the areas of probate law, adoption and surrogacy, probate and trust litigation, estate planning, wills and trusts, guardianships, real estate law, and juvenile custody.

Kate earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Ohio Northern University in 2004. In 2007, she received her Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School and passed the Ohio Bar Exam. While in law school, Kate clerked at the former Talbott and Rinehart Law Office where she established the foundation for her probate law practice. From 2008 to 2014, Kate worked as an of-counsel attorney with a small, boutique law firm in downtown Columbus where she practiced in the areas of probate, trusts, probate litigation, estate planning, adoption, surrogacy, and juvenile custody. Kate established her own law firm in 2014.

Kate grew up in Ashtabula, Ohio and North Canton, Ohio. She graduated from Hoover High School in 2000. Kate currently resides in Upper Arlington, Ohio with her husband, Nicholas.

In her free time, Kate enjoys reading, cooking, wine tasting, and spending quality time with friends and family.
